FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL REGIONAL SCHOOLS
Abstract: The questions related to the use of intellectual capital to accelerate innovative development of the Russian economy. At the present stage of development of national economies within the reproduction of human capital is the formation of the corresponding spectrum of specific assets. Knowledge and abilities of the person has become a driving force of social development, are «particularly significant factor» of modern reproduction process, acquiring the determining importance in creating wealth. Cross-cutting idea of the article is the position of the institutional component of intellectual capital. Formation of an effective institutional framework in the modern economy is becoming one of the key objectives of public policy. The article is devoted to definition of the role of the University as a subject of sustainable economic development of the region and an important component of the regional innovation system.
