POVERTY: differentiation of approach to the determination
Abstract:
Modern science is studying the problems of poverty in different aspects and varieties. Methodology, methods of
calculations and poverty reduction measures are widely discussed and question world, it is highly expected for russian scientists to use western methods and concepts while studying poverty. This article explores the problem of poverty by applying and using a combination of the most existing approaches and concepts known in a world theory of poverty studying field.
